Jump Rope or Mini Trampoline
- Week 1: 2 minutes per day.
- Week 2: 5 minutes per day.
- Weeks 3 & 4: 10 minutes per day.
Running
- Start at 1/2 mile every third day, slowly increasing to 2 miles.
- At 4 months increase to every other day.
- At 6 months increase mileage.
