Jump Rope or Mini Trampoline

  • Week 1: 2 minutes per day.

  • Week 2: 5 minutes per day.

  • Weeks 3 & 4: 10 minutes per day.


Running
  • Start at 1/2 mile every third day, slowly increasing to 2 miles.

  • At 4 months increase to every other day.

  • At 6 months increase mileage.
