- Small Figure Eight Runs @ 50%, 75%, 100% (2 each)
- Straddle Hop with 90° Rotation (set of 10)
- Single Leg Directional Hops - Mutiple Directions (10 of each)
- Lateral Lunge with Reach Across (10 each way)
- Hexagon Drill
