  • Large Figure Eight Runs @ 50%, 75%, 100% (2 each)

  • Small Figure Eight Runs @ 50%, 75%, 100% (2 each)

  • Straddle Hop with 90° Rotation (set of 10)

  • Single Leg Directional Hops - Mutiple Directions (10 of each)

  • Lateral Lunge with Reach Across (10 each way)

  • Hexagon Drill
