  • Skipping (30 seconds)

  • Double Leg Stationary Jumping (1 set of 10)

  • Double Leg Bounds (1 set of 10)

  • Single Leg Hops (1 set of 10)

  • Jog (30 seconds)

  • Jog/Quick Feet Cycle (3 times length of basketball court)

  • Quick Feet Step-Ups (2 sets of 25)
